THE ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT PARTICIPATION IN MIDDLE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AND TO RECOGNIZE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF ATHLETIC TEAMS AND INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATHLETE. HHBC ALSO PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH FUND RAISING AND MERCHANDISE SALES.
